Alor Wellness Terms of Service

Welcome to Alor Wellness (“Alor,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

1. Platform Role – No Medical Services

Alor Wellness is a health technology platform.
We are not:

  • A medical provider

  • A laboratory

  • A pharmacy

  • An insurance provider

  • A telehealth provider

Alor Wellness does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All laboratory testing, physician services, prescriptions, and other clinical services are provided by independent third-party providers (“Providers”). Providers are solely responsible for the medical services they deliver and for setting their own pricing, policies, and terms.

Use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Alor Wellness.

2. No Medical Advice

Content made available through the Services, including test descriptions, educational materials, reports, or communications, is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions or treatment decisions.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Third-Party Services

The Services may facilitate access to third-party Providers, laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, and other partners.

Alor Wellness:

  • Does not control clinical decision-making

  • Does not guarantee availability of Providers

  • Is not responsible for Provider actions or omissions

  • Is not responsible for pricing set by Providers

Your relationship with any Provider is governed by that Provider’s own terms and policies.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet eligibility requirements.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain Services may require payment. Fees for clinical services are determined by independent Providers.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize such processors to charge applicable fees.

Alor does not guarantee insurance reimbursement unless explicitly stated.

Refunds, if any, are subject to applicable Provider policies and posted refund terms.

7. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain Providers may be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Alor Wellness may act as a technology service provider to such entities. Where applicable, health information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, designs, and materials provided by Alor Wellness are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Use trademarks without written permission

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully

  • Submit false medical or personal information

  • Interfere with platform security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alor Wellness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy of results

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Alor Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, health outcomes, or data.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Alor Wellness in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alor Wellness and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws

13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Arbitration shall take place in Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
