Welcome to Alor Wellness (“Alor,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. About Alor Wellness

Alor Wellness is a health technology platform operated by NSHM LLC. Our platform connects users with independent licensed healthcare providers, laboratories, and pharmacies for wellness services such as consultations, diagnostic testing, and treatment options.

Alor Wellness itself does not provide medical care. Clinical services are delivered by independent third-party providers who are solely responsible for the medical care they provide.

Services available through the platform may include:

  • Telehealth consultations with licensed providers

  • At-home laboratory testing through partner labs

  • Prescription fulfillment through licensed pharmacies

  • Wellness programs related to areas such as weight management, dermatology, hormone health, and general health optimization

Alor Wellness operates primarily on a cash-pay model and generally does not accept insurance.

2. Platform Role

Alor Wellness is not a medical provider, laboratory, pharmacy, or insurance provider.

We provide technology that allows users to connect with independent healthcare providers and healthcare service partners.

Healthcare providers and laboratories available through the platform:

  • Operate independently from Alor Wellness

  • Are responsible for medical decisions and treatment

  • Establish their own pricing and policies

  • Maintain their own professional licenses and regulatory compliance

Use of the platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Alor Wellness.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided through the services, including educational content, reports, or communications, is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Only licensed healthcare providers can provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Receiving a consultation through the platform does not guarantee a prescription or specific treatment outcome.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in the United States

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service where medically inappropriate or legally prohibited.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you choose to consult with a provider through the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care

  • Your provider may determine that in-person evaluation is necessary

  • You consent to the electronic transmission of health information

Consultations are not recorded without your explicit consent.

7. Laboratory Testing

The platform may offer at-home or laboratory diagnostic testing through partner laboratories.

By ordering laboratory testing, you agree to:

  • Follow all sample collection instructions

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Understand that results will be reviewed by a licensed provider when applicable

Turnaround times for results may vary. Alor Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping, sample collection errors, or laboratory processing.

8. Medications

Licensed healthcare providers may prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.

Prescriptions may be fulfilled through independent licensed pharmacies.

You agree to:

  • Use medications only as prescribed

  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications

  • Not share or transfer prescription medications

  • Report adverse reactions to your provider

Receiving a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.

9. Payments and Fees

Certain Services require payment at the time of purchase.

Payments may cover:

  • Provider consultations

  • Laboratory testing

  • Wellness programs

  • Platform services

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Alor Wellness does not bill insurance

  • Fees are the responsibility of the user

  • Refund eligibility is subject to posted refund policies

Pricing may change at any time but will be displayed before purchase.

10. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain providers using the platform may be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Alor Wellness may act as a technology service provider supporting such providers.

Where applicable, health information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading medical information

  • Attempt to access other users’ data

  • Interfere with platform security

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

All platform content, including software, branding, graphics, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Alor Wellness.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without written permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alor Wellness disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alor Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Alor Wellness in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alor Wellness and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable laws

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
