Step by Step

Unbox and prepare
Your kit arrives with everything included: the Tasso+ device, an alcohol wipe, a bandage, a biohazard bag, and a pre-paid return mailer. Make sure you are fasted beforehand and open the device packaging only when you're ready to collect.

Clean your collection site
Apply to your upper arm or shoulder — not the forearm. Wipe the area with the alcohol pad and let it dry for 30 seconds. Avoid areas with hair or prominent veins.

Press and collect
Press the Tasso+ firmly against your skin and hold for 3 seconds until you hear a click. Stay still for 2–5 minutes while the device collects your sample. You may feel slight warmth — this is normal.

Seal and pack for return
Remove the device and cap the sample tube. Place it in the biohazard bag, then seal everything in the pre-paid return mailer. Apply the bandage to the collection site.

Ship your sample
Place your sealed kit in the package and send it back using the prepaid shipping label provided. No printing or postage required—your sample ships directly to our CLIA-certified lab.

Receive your results
A board-certified physician reviews and signs off on every result before release. You'll be notified within 48 hours of lab receipt — clear ranges and context for every biomarker, in your patient portal.
