Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased through Alor Wellness.

Payments for healthcare consultations compensate licensed providers for their professional time.

Once a consultation has been completed or initiated, consultation fees are non-refundable.

If a provider determines that treatment or medication is not appropriate, the consultation fee still applies.

2. Laboratory Testing

At-home lab testing kits are processed through third-party laboratories.

Refunds for lab tests may be available only if the test kit has not been shipped or processed.

Once a sample has been collected or submitted for analysis, the test cannot be refunded.

3. Medications

Prescription medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and are generally non-refundable due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • The pharmacy made a fulfillment error

  • The medication was damaged during shipment

Requests for medication-related issues should be directed to the dispensing pharmacy.
